EHRC CHARGES A CANCELATION FEE OF %50 OF SCHEDULED SERVICE WHEN MADE OUTSIDE OF A 24 HOUR WINDOW PRIOR TO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME DUE TO THE INABILITY TO RESCHEDULE THE TIME SLOT AND MISSED OPPORTUNITY TO SERVICE OTHER CLIENTS.
